The laboratory is NATA accredited so we can complete VI1 forms or certificates of analysis in house. The laboratory includes a modern microbiology lab so that the monitoring of wine sterility can be carried out throughout your bottling run.

We utilise modern closed depth lenticular cartridge and membrane filtration that is highly flexible to cater for all your pre-bottling filtration requirements.
